It runs accurately (a few seconds lost per day) on modern silver oxide batteries although it doesn't start as well as with the older mercury batteries - I overcome this by pressing the crown in sharply after setting to time. My other f300 behaves in exactly the same way with modern batteries. It was made sometime in the 70's so it's pushing 50 years old. There are plenty of little marks from regular use but it looks better on the wrist than highlighted by flash photography.
It measures 42mm lug to lug and 38mm wide 40mm inc. Also, please bear in mind that this is a vintage watch which will one day require servicing by a specialist - it's not a cheap quartz movement.
