These were produced for only a couple of years and used a Citizen movement that was licensed from Bulova. These movements were based on the Accutron 218 movement Bulova used in their own watches. Pretty good condition for its age. Dial is a nice white with with silver markers.
Hands are nice silver with black inset. Crystal has no chips or cracks, with minor scratches that could easily be buffed out of the acrylic surface. Movement is a 15 jewel Citizen marked 3701A Tuning fork movement.
Pretty much a clone of the Bulova Accutron 2182G. It's a day date movement with 3 crown positions: In is the quickset for the date, the second position is hacking and time set while the third is a battery disconnect for storage. It sets and runs as it should but do not know the service history and would recommend a service.
In my case it keeps within 1 minute a day, as with the 218's, storage position can affect timing. This appears to be all original and in excellent condition. Back, dial, crown and band all have the "Hisonic" logo. This would be a great addition to your collection!
