Reynolds 753 frameset frame+forks small ladies / short man
Could well be a custom built frame given how small it is. Comes with Shimano 600 headset (needs service) and unknown bottom bracket (seems good). Rear wheel stops are included. Paint - probably sprayed from an aerosol.
